Terms of Service
The rules for using this website and joining the Tessera waitlist.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of tessera-proxy.com (the "site"), which is run by Antoni Kowalcze ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.
They cover the site and the waitlist only. Using the Tessera product will require separate terms.
2. Tessera is pre-release
Tessera is still being built. Anything on this site about features, performance or timing describes our current plans and may change. It is not a promise that a feature will ship or a commitment to a release date.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no contract to supply Tessera. A place on it does not guarantee access, a date or a price.
- Give your own, accurate details. Don't sign up other people without their permission.
- You must be at least 16.
- We may remove entries that are fake or abusive.
- To leave, write to [email protected].
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your details.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law or harm others. In particular, don't:
- attack, scan or probe the site or its servers, or try to get around its security or rate limits
- overload the site, or scrape it in a way that affects other visitors
- submit malicious code or automated form entries
If you find a security problem, please tell us at [email protected] rather than testing it further.
5. Demo and sample data
The interactive demo, dashboard preview, sample requests, scores and logs on this site are simulations for illustration. They do not show real traffic or real customers, and they are not a measure of how Tessera performs in your environment. Nothing on the site is security advice.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, artwork and the Tessera name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site and quote short parts of it with credit. Any other use needs our written permission. Open-source code we publish is covered by the licence in its own repository.
7. Other websites
The site links to services we don't control, such as GitHub and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. No warranty
We provide the site as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it will be error-free or always online, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. This doesn't limit any rights you have by law that can't be excluded.
9. Liability
The site is free to use. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, that results from using it or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory consumer rights stay in place.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protection of the country you live in and may bring a claim there.
